      02 - Import and export setting FARO Scene

      In the Import settings page, you can set a default unit of length. Other determining parameters are set in the respective Import dialogs.

      When importing scan data, it's often necessary to define the unit of length. You can set a default unit of length. Other determining parameters are set in the respective Import dialogs.

      Units
      • Metric: Millimeter [mm], Centimeter [cm], Meter [m]
      • Imperial: Inch [in], Feet [ft], Yard [yd]
      • US surveyor: Inch [in US], Feet [ft US], Yard [yd US]

      The default setting is Meter [m].
