      Augmented Reality App FARO Flatness Check

      Augmented Reality App Flatness Check is an iPad app that works with your FARO Focus laser scanner to quickly find and document flatness variations in concrete slabs and other floor surfaces

      FARO Flatness Check enables you to visualize your analysis result in augmented reality. You can view the floor through FARO Flatness Check, and see a heat map of flatness variations superimposed onto it. This makes it easy to find places on the floor that need attention.

      Install the FARO Flatness Check app via the App Store on your iPad. 

      What You Need Before You Start

      To use Flatness Check you need the following:

      • iPad (See Supported iPads for a list of supported hardware.)

      • Flatness Check app (see Installation).

      • FARO Focus laser scanner with firmware version 6.8 or later.
        (Supported scanners included Focus Premium, S70, S150, or S350.)

      • FARO Tripod GITZO ACCSS8032 (recommended)

      • FARO Quick Release (recommended)
