Reset hardware to factory defaults

Please note, this reset to factory defaults applies ONLY to Hiper Plus, XT, Pro, Lite/Lite+, Ga/Gb, GR-3 and GR-5 models.

How to "Reset to factory defaults" also known as "Clear NVRAM" on a Topcon GR-3/GR-5 without a data collector or software. Be aware, this typically fixes 95% of radio/satellite tracking issues but WILL REQUIRE the user to RECONFIGURE the receiver with a data collector/computer afterwards!
