      Topcon FT, FC & Sokkia SHC Data Collectors Windows Update Causing License Issues

      Updating devices to Windows 11 24H2 or Windows 10 21H2 may cause the device to lose its Windows license

      What we have seen:


      • When updating the FT, FC or SHC Field Controllers to Windows 11 25H2 or Windows 10 21H2 there is a possibility it will lose the Windows License.

      What do we know:

      • Avoid updating To Windows 11 24H2 or Windows 10 21H2.
